 McDaniel College invites applications for a Counselor in our Wellness Center. Salary for this full-time position is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Counselors are responsible for providing culturally responsive mental health services to students including assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, case management, and consultation. Counselors contribute to educational outreach programs for the campus community on a variety of topics related to mental health and wellbeing, often collaborating with other departments. Counselors actively participate in orientation activities and other college-wide programs. This is a non-essential, 10-month position that reports to the Director of the Wellness Center.
