Designed for a professional interested in working in a University Counseling Center, this 12 month position (September 2021-August 2022) combines clinical work, supervision, and outreach. The professional will deliver a full range of clinical services to a college student population including assessment, consultation, individual and group treatment. There will be opportunities to provide outreach and emergency services to the University community. Time during the summer months will be provided for licensing exam preparation. Fellows will be involved in weekly clinical seminars and will participate in both individual and group supervision with licensed psychologists.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates will have completed all professional doctoral degree requirements (dissertation and internship) in clinical, counseling, or school psychology from an accredited program prior to the fellowship start date. Additionally, professional experience and competence working with multicultural diversity is required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications and experience include a minimum of one year of University Counseling Center experience, APA approved program and pre-doctoral internship, short-term psychotherapy experience, and passion for outreach.

COMPENSATION

$40,000 (benefits optional)
