University Counseling Center (UCC) at the University of Utah enthusiastically
welcomes applications for a mental health therapist who will provide embedded
services for the College of Law. This is a fully benefited, full-time 12-month
position, with a 50/50 split for time spent in the UCC and the College of Law
embedded site. Responsibilities include the provision of individual, group, and
couples counseling services, intake assessments,
crisis intervention services, and provision of psycho-educational services targeted toward Law
of strong clinical skills, the ability to manage a full client caseload, and
the ability to work independently are required, as well as a demonstrated commitment to
working effectively from a multicultural orientation and the ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have a solid
understanding of the unique challenges faced by law students, with experience
providing clinical services to law students preferred.

International Accreditation of Counseling Services (IACS). Our staff is composed of professionals from
psychology, social work, clinical mental health, and psychiatric nursing
backgrounds. We have a several nationally
recognized training programs, including a doctoral psychology internship

Social Work, and practica in Counseling
