Assists the Director of the University Counseling Center with the overall management, personnel, and operational functions; responsible for directing the daily operations of the University Counseling Center in the Directors' absence; provides mental health services including individual/group counseling, crisis management, consultation, training, supervision, outreach and adjunctive services, Assists in the clinical supervision of staff and services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

*Master's degree in mental health field
*Ability to be fully licensed in the state of Wisconsin within the first year of employment
*Minimum of 7 years of provision of direct counseling services
*Demonstrated multicultural competence and commitment to inclusive excellence
*Minimum of 2 years of direct supervision of mental health professionals
*Experience providing crisis management services

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Licensed Clinical Psychologist
*10 years or more of provision of direct counseling services
*5 years or more of direct supervision of mental health professionals
*Experience in a University Counseling Center



 
COMPENSATION

$70,000
