Detailed Job Description
Please note: this position may require the ability to work some occasional evening hours and weekend hours.

The Associate Director of Training will work within a multi-disciplinary staff and report to the Director of Counseling and Psychological Services (CaPS). This position will oversee all aspects of the training program, from trainee recruitment to completion of program.
The Associate Director of Training:The successful candidate will value a multifaceted approach involving strongly linked clinical and training efforts, data-driven organizational management, consultation with the campus, mental health prevention/early intervention, multicultural values/awareness and collaborative campus and community connections.

CaPS has a growing multicultural/international population; professionals from diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
