Student Health Services at Texas Tech University is the on-campus medical care clinic exclusively for Texas Tech students. The mission of Student Health Services is to proudly provide compassionate, high-quality and accessible healthcare to Texas Tech students. This primary care clinic is an exciting place to work. It is a fast-paced, team oriented environment where patients always come first.  

The Licensed Counselor (LPC/LCSW) will support our mission by delivering psychological services to students of Texas Tech University. This position will provide psychological assessment, counseling, and treatment planning services to TTU students as part of a primary care behavioral health team. Additionally, the incumbent will be expected to provide both individual and group counseling services.

Must be competent to work with both adolescents and adults.

+Education:+ Master's degree in relevant field +Experience:+ Minimum of three years of related experience +Licenses/Certificates:+ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Two years experience working with patients in an integrated primary care setting. Experience working as a primary care behavioral health consultant. Experience in program evaluation and quality improvement. Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:+ Master's degree in relevant field

COMPENSATION

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan.
