The IACS*-accredited  Counseling Center of the University of Central Missouri invites skilled and compassionate mental health clinicians to join the team in providing service to students.  We aspire to be a staff that represents the diversity of our student body.  Clinicians will join a team where the professions of counseling, clinical social work, and psychology are represented.  *International Accreditation of Counseling Services

We are seeking to fill two Clinician positions. Responsibilities include direct clinical service, consultation, and outreach.  The Diversity Clinician position has an additional emphasis on coordinating the center's efforts to address diversity and equity issues in the mental health needs of our students.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related discipline.
• Minimum one year relevant clinical experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed to practice in Missouri: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist.
• Provisional license considered, if there is qualified staff to provide supervision toward licensure.
• Two or more years experience preferred.
• Experience in a college/university counseling center desirable.

COMPENSATION

$40,000-mid-$60,000 (.85 positions), depending on licensure and experience
