This position will work within a multi-disciplinary staff and report to the Director of the Wellness Center and Student Accessibility Services.  The successful candidate will value a holistic approach to integrated care, prevention/early intervention efforts, data-driven organizational management, multicultural values/awareness and collaborative campus connections.

·          Provide direct services regarding mental health counseling for the campus community

·          Provide mental health-related outreach, training, and consultation services to the campus community

·          Assist Director in implementing and evaluating the Center’s psychology training programs

·          Responsible for providing coordination, oversight, vision, and leadership for counseling services, operations, and staff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires a doctorate in psychology from an accredited college or university and licensure as a psychologist by the State of Florida in accordance with Chapter 490, Florida Statues

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·          3-5 years of relevant clinical experience as a licensed psychologist

·          Demonstration of both clinical and administrative leadership experience within a collegiate mental health setting

·          Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to the highest ethical/legal standards of professional practice

·          Demonstrated commitment, knowledge, and skills in multicultural competence of service delivery and leadership

·          Demonstration of strong interpersonal and communication skills to work successfully with an interdisciplinary team

·          Interest, experience and/or expertise in the following: Time-limited individual and group psychotherapy, Innovative service delivery systems (e.g., stepped care models of mental health service delivery, online treatment), Integrated health care delivery & interprofessional collaboration
