Social Work Post-MSW Fellowship:
The Mary A. Rackham Institute
(MARI) is excited to offer one full-time, 12-month Post-MSW Graduate Fellowship at the Psychological Clinic
(Psych Clinic) and one full-time Fellowship at the University Center for the Child and Family
(UCCF). This is an advanced clinical training program beginning February 1, 2024 and ending January 31, 2025 with an opportunity to extend for a second year. The mission of this Post-MSW graduate training program is to advance practice competency, professionalism, and leadership in the field of clinical social work and is designed for a clinical social worker with a limited license (LLMSW) in the State of Michigan.
Our fellowships give MSW graduates further training and experience in evidence-based intervention as they prepare for licensure. Fellows provide direct clinical service with supervision from expert clinicians. They also participate in a core curriculum of seminars and clinical conferences, consult with other professionals, and have the opportunity to engage in community outreach.
MSW Social Worker (Temp):
UCCF is seeking to hire one or more fully licensed Social Workers for part-time (10-30 hours per week), temporary work to support the mental health needs of our client base and to be part of the dynamic and supportive UCCF clinical team. We are seeking individuals with clinical experience in a best practices framework that emphasizes the use of evidence-based treatment of youth and families. The ideal candidate would have clinical experience serving youth aged 4-18 as well as with parent management training. Opportunities for couples therapy are possible, given prior training and experience.
- Direct psychotherapy services to clients
- Timely completion of related clinical documentation
