The College of Idaho invites applications and recommendations for a Counselor to join our Counseling and Health Services team. This position will assist in our student's well-being by providing individual, group, and couples counseling/therapy managing and average caseload of 20-25 clients per week.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess a Mater's degree in counseling from a CACREP-accredited program, an LCPC, or LCSW, from Idaho Statue Licensure or be able to apply for and gain Idaho licensure. At least three years of professional counseling experience is preferred. 

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States as of the expected hire date and throughout the date of their employment without sponsorship from The College of Idaho.  current valid driver's license is also required and candidates must be vehicle insurable. 

 
COMPENSATION

Annual salary range $50,242.00 to $55,824.00. The College of Idaho offers competitive benefits including tuition waiver for dependents, health insurance, a retirement plan with employer match up to 7%, generous paid time off, free access to on-campus fitness centers, and free admission to campus events.
