MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
• Minimum of Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field
• Current licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or equivalent through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Obtain independent licensure in respective field within 6 months of eligibility
• Experience working with diverse populations including an understanding of the educational, cultural, and social needs of an international student community
• Ability to work extensively with electronic health records and MS Outlook
• Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with members of the college community
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, possess ability to organize and prioritize tasks, tolerate interruptions to workflow and adapt to sudden shift in clinical demands
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
Physical Requirements:
• Typical office or administrative working conditions. Staff is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Work is primarily sedentary in nature; there are no special physical demands.
• Ability to work on campus in person and some travel to other campuses
