Job Description:
What We Are Looking For

The Assistant Director of Community Partnership supports the University mission through several avenues. The position provides leadership for BUCC through participation on the Leadership Team and administrative supervision for staff. The position provides vision, strategy and implementation steps to partner with campus and community stakeholders to provide for mental health needs of students. The Assistant Director of Community Partnership provides direct and indirect mental health related services to Baylor students and BUCC trainees. By fostering the healthy functioning of BUCC and the training program, and providing direct service to students, this position fosters mental health and wholeness for BU students and trainees.

All applicants must be independently licensed as a mental health professional for at least three years, and license eligible in Texas. A Master's degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. A Doctoral degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
