Pace University Westchester is pleased to announce the availability of two 12 month, full-time fellowship positions available on our Westchester Campuses, beginning August 29, 2018.  We offer a rigours training experience in a congenial collegial environment.  Multicultural competence and experience working with students representing a broard range of identities are highly valued. Fellows will have the opportunity to gain intensive experience and training in short and longer term (up to a year) psychotherapy with a diverse college and graduate student population.  In addition, the fellowship year includes specialized training in hypnotherapy, relational psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, intake assessment, crisis intervention, campus consultation and outreach, alcohol and other drug services. Fellows participate in intensive supervision, case conferences, and weekly seminars.  We offer a competitive salary and generous benefits. Region Description:

The Counseling and Personal Development Center at Pace Westchester is located on our Westchester campus, a traditional collegiate setting on 200 acres of rolling country side approximately 32 miles north of New York City.

 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology, all but disertation applications accepted, disertation completion by fellowship start date expected.  Completed Internship. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

APA accredited academic program and internship are very strongly preferred
