University Counseling Jobs, LLC ("UCJ"), provides job-posting services to educational institutions to enable them to find counseling candidates while serving the job-seeker market by providing timely, convenient and helpful organization of counseling opportunities in educational settings.

1. Use for Higher Educational Job Posters and Personal Use of Job Seekers Only.

The services provided on this website are intended for institutions in the field of higher education that seek candidates for counseling jobs in their institutions and potential applicants for those positions. All other posted positions care considered "Mis-postings." UCJ will grant a refund for one Mis-posting per posting institution and, thereafter, any Mis-postings will be removed without refund.

2. User Content and Submissions.

All information and materials submitted, posted or displayed by you, the user, on our website ("User Content") are your sole responsibility and by posting such User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so. UCJ claims no ownership or control over User Content. You retain all patent, trademark and copyrights to any User Content you submit, post or display on our website and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. In return for using our website, you grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content. UCJs reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any User Content at its sole discretion.

Employers are solely responsible for their postings on the UCJ website. UCJ is not considered an employer with respect to your posting on the UCJ website and is not responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by you with regard to employees you find through our website.

Our format requires institutions to include their logo. We encourage customers to upload their official institutional logo. By posting, you represent and warrant that you are your institution’s designee as regards permission to publish said logo on our website and that you also have permission to use the institution’s logo in association with the posting. When a logo isn’t uploaded, our staff may add a logo on your behalf. While we do our best to use the official university logo, this is not always possible. In using this website, you agree to not hold University Counseling Jobs LLC accountable if you or our staff inadvertently uploads the incorrect institutional logo.

UCJ or some of the postings for jobs may contain links to websites over which we have no control. UCJ cannot and does not screen the sites referenced. With regard to job seekers, UCJ collects your email address and some other personally identifying information. With regard to job posters, UCJ collects information concerning the originator of the posting, the institutions, and the type of job posted.

We collect limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit any website through the standard use of "cookies" as commonly used on the internet. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your query and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. This information is aggregated and we use the information to monitor operation and improve our services

UCJs uses personally identifying information to improve our services to you and improve our website. At this time, UCJ does not provide your personally identifying information to other companies or advertisers of goods or services but UCJ reserves the right to do so.
