Primary responsibilities include: Provide individual and group therapy sessions with students; Providing triage, crisis intervention, and case management services to students; Participation in the on-call counseling center rotation.
Primarily Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Some after-hours programming and activities as needed. Occasional travel to regional and out of are meetings (as needed for training and/or collaboration with other mental health professionals.
Additional responsibilities include serving on university committees, consulting with and collaborating with staff, faculty, and community members/agencies.

Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program and a current North Carolina counseling license. Demonstrate knowledge in mental health conditions/issues related to college student population, as well as theoretical and practical model of counseling and therapy.
Licensed in the State of North Carolina. Experience in working with college student population in a healthcare and/or college setting. Certification as a suicide prevention specialist. |
