The University of Colorado Boulder is searching for 2 Training Team Psychologist/Social Workers! These positions deliver direct clinical services to university students, including time-limited individual and group psychotherapy, triage screening and crisis intervention, workshops, and outreach. The positions will provide clinical supervision and training seminars to psychology, social work, and psychiatric nurse practitioner trainees. The positions ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
These positions are members of the Training Team, collaborating with other training program coordinators, multicultural specialists, and training team members to ensure overall quality training services. The roles support the needs of CAPS training programs and may assist in the selection, hiring, and onboarding of incoming training cohorts.
These positions collaborate with other campus departments as needed for the treatment of CAPS students and ensure individual experiences, identities, and systemic factors are considered in all assessment, treatment, referral, and training services provided.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Direct Clinical Services and Supervision
Provide individual psychotherapy, crisis intervention, triage/screenings, group therapy/workshops, and community outreach to students. Provide consultation to students, faculty, and staff. Services are primarily offered within a brief therapy framework. Maintain accurate and timely documentation via the EHR. Provide supervision, clinical consultation, and trainings/seminars to CAPS trainees.
Training and Administration
Complete clinical documentation, case management and case disposition; coordination of special projects or areas of responsibility. Attend staff meetings and other CAPS meetings. Provide trainings/seminars to CAPS trainees. Assist in the selection, hiring, and onboarding of incoming training cohorts.
May participate in campus committees/meetings.
What You Should Know
We are hiring for 2 positions, both of which have the option to work 32-40 hours per week, and have the ability to work in a hybrid format, with 3 days a week required to be in person, subject to change. The positions have an anticipated work schedule of Monday – Friday during regular business hours. These roles are not expected to work University recognized holidays, weekends, or evenings and will not be on call at any time.
