The Coordinator of Specialized Services (Counselor/Case Manager) provides comprehensive, evidence-based counseling and psychological services to college students, including assessment, crisis intervention, and individual, couples, and group therapy. This role includes leadership of specialized services, serving as the primary coordinator for the Eating Disorders Consultation Team (EDCT) and supporting collaborative care and couples counseling. The Coordinator works within a multidisciplinary, stepped-care model and provides case management and referral coordination, including higher levels of care.
Primary duties include:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate specialty mental health services using data and research to improve programs.
- Provide evidence-based counseling and crisis services to students in individual, couples, and group settings, both in person and virtually.
- Provide specialized assessment and treatment for students with eating disorder concerns and support participants in the Collaborative Care model.
- Provide case management services, including follow-up support and coordination of on- and off-campus resources and referrals.
- Manage and coordinate the Eating Disorder Consultation Team (EDCT), including meetings, procedures, and consultation on eating disorder care.
- Assist with managing Collaborative Care programs to support coordinated, high-quality care.
