Survivor Support Services is a unit within University Counseling Services. The mission of
University Counseling Services is to support student success by providing clinical services,

Duties & Responsibilities:
Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) has a position open for a Sexual, Intimate Partner Violence, and Stalking Advocate to join the staff of Survivor Support Services in the Division of Student Affairs. General responsibilities include providing crisis intervention, safety planning, providing education/outreach to university community, serving on various university committees, case management services, develops monthly reports for supervisor, assistance survivors with obtaining accommodations for course work, along with supporting the student through university proceeding the survivor might go through. The positions may require working some evening hours.
