Opportunity Highlights
- Support a diverse student population of over 26,000 in Southern California
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy with a focus on marginalized communities
- Serve as a liaison and provide outreach and consultation services to various communities and departments on campus in response to campus needs
- Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm with no regular after-hours on-call requirement
- Conduct crisis intervention and urgent consultations during two-hour service shifts per week
- Work within an APA-accredited pre-doctoral training program with opportunities to supervise and teach trainees
- Engage in structured peer review with anonymous feedback that drives ongoing quality improvement
- Rely on built-in consultation from colleagues and leadership whenever clinical questions arise
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and ongoing case consultation groups
- Deliver time-limited therapy model utilizing an 8-session basis and opportunities for limited extended cases
- Maintain balanced workflow with 45-minute sessions, charting windows, and daily admin time
